By booking a cleaning service with Dact Way LLC, you agree to allow our team to enter and perform services at the scheduled location, on the agreed date and time. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property at the time of service.
Secure pets and inform us of any special requirements.
Notify us in advance of any fragile or valuable items that require special care.

3. Scope of Services

We offer a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific services included will be outlined in your individual quote or service package. Additional services may incur extra fees.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details regarding schedule changes, rescheduling, and cancellations.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due 24 hours prior to date of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspended service.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take great care in delivering high-quality service, Dact Way LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces or fixtures.
Normal wear and tear.
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. client not providing access).
Damages not reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including our logo, custom images, service descriptions, and written material is the property of Dact Way LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Some images and design elements are licensed from third-party platforms and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, inappropriate client behavior, or false/misleading information.
