Our Story
We are DACT Way LLC: Darius, Arsenio, Corey, and Trent — four lifelong friends who founded Dact Way in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as a simple conversation evolved into a shared vision. We brainstormed ideas, dreamed of possibilities, and asked ourselves, "What could we create together?" That thought sparked a journey beyond our expectations. Dact Way was created.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Dact Way provides tailored janitorial and construction cleaning services for businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Whether it's commercial properties, professional offices, or construction sites, our mission is to provide top-tier service while giving back to the community. Corey Jones
CEO
Corey leads Dact Way with vision, heart, and a drive for innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master’s in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. His well-rounded approach blends creativity and strategy, inspiring the team to grow, adapt, and lead with purpose.
Trent Robinson
COO
Trent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Jackson State University and leads with a balance of business insight and team-centered leadership. He believes smooth operations start with strong communication and trust. By building systems that work and teams that feel empowered, he ensures Dact Way runs with excellence every step of the way.
Arsenio Glenn
CFO
Arsenio brings focus, stability, and strategic insight to Dact Way’s financial operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Hardin-Simmons University and is known for his analytical mind and calm leadership. His steady approach helps guide the team in making smart, growth-driven decisions while staying true to the company’s mission.
Darius Singletary
CMO
Darius brings Dact Way’s brand to life with creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of people. He holds a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science in Fitness and Sport Science and a Master’s in Counseling and Human Resources from Hardin-Simmons University. He brings Dact Way’s message to life in ways that inspire connection, trust, and long-term relationships.
