Refund & Cancellation Policy

​At Dact Way LLC we value your time and take pride in providing reliable, high-quality cleaning and janitorial services. This policy outlines how we handle deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the service agreement between Dact Way and its clients. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Dact Way reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the update.

1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to confirm all service appointments. This secures your booking and ensures we allocate staff and resources for your scheduled time.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled service. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without additional charge. The $25 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking within 30 days.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance:
    You will be responsible for 50% of the total service cost. This fee helps cover labor and scheduling costs already incurred. The $25 deposit will not be applied toward this fee.

  • No-show:
    Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

5. Weather or Emergency Cancellations

If extreme weather or an emergency prevents us from servicing your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.

Dact Way reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our team and clients.

We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your Dact Way cleaning appointment by emailing us at Services@Dactway.com
 

Please include your name, appointment date, and service address when reaching out.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will follow our refund policy. Late cancellations may incur a fee (see Section 3).
